Registration: Key Information

We are here to guide you through the process following registration for the PKG Sports Championship 2024. Please review the important details below to ensure a smooth experience.

Registration Window

• Registration Period: 29th September - 7th October 2024.

• Deadline: All registrations must be completed by 7th October, 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Verification & Rules Announcement

• Once your registration is submitted, a verification process will take place.

• The game rules are already published. There might be some changes according to number of registration to make it recreational for certain games, but it will be published by 15th October. These rules will be easy to follow, including some modifications for recreational purposes. Please review them carefully.

Handling Less Participation in Categories

• If there are fewer participants in a particular category, we will reach out to you for discussion. You will have the option to withdraw or switch to another category.

Communication & Support

• All registered participants will be added to their respective WhatsApp groups.

• A game coordinator will be assigned to each group. Participants can direct any questions or clarifications to their coordinator.

• Please ensure you are familiar with and understand the game rules prior to the tournament.

Schedule Release

• The tournament schedules will be published by 9th November 2024 or earlier.
